This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through bmtclothing.com and directly with BMT Clothing Company. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Our policy differs depending on the type of product purchased. Please refer to the relevant section below.

Quick summary: Digital products — no refunds or returns. BMT Blanks (physical products) — 5-day returns window, customer bears delivery cost. Cut & sew production — see Section 4.

1. Digital Products

Digital products sold by BMT Clothing Company include, but are not limited to:

The BMT 30-Day Brand Launch Guide
Mockup packs and brand identity templates
Pricing calculators and worksheets
Any other downloadable files or resources sold through bmtclothing.com or third-party platforms (including Selar and Gumroad)

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any digital product once it has been purchased and access has been granted.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products — which are instantly accessible upon purchase and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense — we are unable to offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a digital product prior to purchase, please contact us at hello@bmtclothing.com and we will be happy to assist.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement for a digital product in the following limited circumstances only:

The file is corrupted, broken, or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of your report
You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error

To report an issue, contact us at hello@bmtclothing.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order details and a description of the problem.

2. BMT Blanks (Physical Garments)

BMT Blanks are premium plain garments sold for printing, embroidery, and brand building. Our returns policy for BMT Blanks is as follows:

Returns window: 5 days from the date of delivery. Delivery cost: borne entirely by the customer.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be submitted within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must not have been printed on, embroidered, altered, or customised in any way
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Garments that have been printed on, embroidered, washed, worn, or altered
Sale or discounted items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Items returned after the 5-day window has elapsed
Items without proof of purchase

2.3 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email hello@bmtclothing.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
Step 2: Wait for a return authorisation confirmation from our team. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted
Step 3: Once authorised, securely package the item(s) and ship to the address provided in our confirmation email
Step 4: Share your tracking number with us once the item has been dispatched

We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery method. BMT Clothing Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

2.4 Delivery Cost

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning item(s) to BMT Clothing Company. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

2.5 Refunds for Approved Returns

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
If the return is rejected (item does not meet eligibility criteria), we will notify you and return the item to you at your cost

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@bmtclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return delivery and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please initiate a return (subject to the conditions in Section 2) and place a new order separately.

4. Cut & Sew Production — BMT Studios

Custom production orders placed through BMT Studios are subject to a separate production agreement confirmed at the time of briefing. The following general terms apply:

Deposits paid to commence production are non-refundable once production has begun
If a production error is made by BMT Clothing Company — meaning the garments produced do not match the agreed brief, specifications, or approved sample — we will re-produce the affected units at no additional cost
Clients are responsible for approving samples before bulk production proceeds. BMT Clothing Company is not liable for errors in bulk production that were present and approved in the sample stage
Change-of-mind cancellations after production has commenced will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit
