Deposit paid, we get to work
50% deposit to begin. We produce your sample first — you approve it before bulk production starts. Updates at every stage until your order is ready.
All timelines start after sample approval. Fabric sourcing may add 3–5 days on first-time briefs.

Answers Before You Brief Us.
Do I need a tech pack to start a brief?
No. Most of our clients start with a concept, a reference garment, or a rough sketch. We help you develop the brief from wherever you are. A fully detailed product mockup or tech pack speeds up the process and reduces revision rounds — but it is not a requirement to start the conversation.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order, for most products. We work with brand owners from a single sample through to 500-unit production runs. The process is the same regardless of quantity — brief, sample, approval, bulk production.
How do I pay?
70-80% deposit to begin production, balance on completion before collection or dispatch. Payment via bank transfer or Paystack. We confirm receipt of every payment.
Do you work with brand owners outside Lagos?
Yes. We work with brand owners across Nigeria. Briefs are handled on WhatsApp, samples can be couriered for approval, and finished orders are dispatched nationwide via courier partners.
How long does a production run take?
Timelines depend on the complexity and quantity of the order. Printed blanks orders typically take 5–10 working days. Cut and sew samples take 7–14 working days. Bulk cut and sew runs take 14–35 working days depending on quantity. All timelines begin after sample approval and deposit payment.
Can you source the fabric for my order?
Yes. We can source fabric to your specification through our supplier network. Sourcing adds 3–5 working days to the production timeline on first orders. Returning clients with approved fabric specifications are sourced faster.
What happens if the quality is not right?
We run a QC check on every piece before it leaves the facility. If something does not pass the QC check, it does not reach you. In the rare event that an issue is only identified after delivery, contact us on WhatsApp and we will assess and resolve it. We stand behind every order we produce.
Do you offer branded packaging separately from production?
Yes. Branded packaging — bags, boxes, tissue paper, hang tags — can be briefed and ordered separately from a production run. Contact BMT Studios on WhatsApp for packaging specifications and pricing.
